Job Title: Laborer
Location: Libertyville, IL 60048
Must Haves:
- Clean MVR, no accident or DUI or something in that level
- No felonies
- Possesses a valid truck driver's license
- Ability to drive a truck
- Ability to pick up heavy equipment (50-100 lbs regularly)
Pay: $20/hr starting – Bi-weekly payroll on Wednesdays
(with the provision of negotiation after an eight (8) week period, where a review will occur and
pay renegotiated)

Job Description
Position Responsibilities (General, but not limited to):
● Familiarization with our manufacturers: Marvin, Andersen, ProVia, ThermaTru.
● Manage & oversee shipping and receiving operations; ensure all paperwork is prepared
and marked properly.
● Clearly indicate in our online system the status of a project – ship complete, staged, etc.
● Assisting installers with materials needed in the field.
● Track all inventory items, returns, and any material added to our stock supply.
● Work alongside our scheduling department to ensure all scheduled installs are properly
staged, with all materials needed to perform an installation.
● Record, organize, and report any returning material from a job site.
● Clean, organize, and make warehouse space presentable, and clutter-free.
● Oversee other warehouse employees; organize operations so that the warehouse
always has coverage.
● When interacting with a client, always present a professional, welcoming, and respectful
demeanor.
Qualifications:
● Possesses a valid truck driver's license
