Behnam Hajian Motlagh , a biology graduate, began his career in 1998 while studying as a consultant, deputy manager and general manager of different high schools in Tehran’s District 3. Behnam achieved a degree in French in 2015 during his immigration studies and began teaching French at schools. He studied in Canada immediately after moving in 2017, and in 2018 he received a degree in financial and insurance counseling.

Sheila Ghaffarzadeh holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science and entrepreneurship (MBA) from Iranian universities in 1995. In addition to 23 years of professional experience in banking, credit, foreign exchange systems moved to Canada in 2013. She expanded his professional activities in finance, insurance and invested in HLLQP, CSC and IFSE after migrating to Canada understanding the new social conditions and structure.

As the founder of Viden Immigration Services, Alkam Airkin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) from Algoma University in Law and Justice and graduated with cum laude distinction. He subsequently obtained his Immigration Consultant Diploma (Honours) and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in 2019.

Mehdi Gholikhan holds MA in ELT (English Language Teaching) with a specialism in Teacher Education and Development from the University of Warwick, UK; winner of A S Hornby scholarship from OUP (Oxford University Press) in ELT; Teacher Educator, BC (British Council) and TESOL holder from Australia. He has about two decades of effective work background with various age groups and different levels of people in society. During the past ten years, Mehdi has worked with top and middle managers in organisations. He has working experience in online teaching and training and during this period, he has advised student and immigration candidates per their cases.
