Express Entry Method
Immigrating to Canada by Express Entry
Express Entry (EE) is an online immigration application system. It allows people to submit a profile and be considered as a skilled immigrant. Candidates with the highest rankings are invited to apply for permanent residency.
If you are planning to become a permanent resident of Canada through one of the Express Entry programs, SINIM Company is ready to provide you with such services.
There are two steps to this:
Step 1: Complete the form related to this program
By completing the relevant forms, applicants express their interest in obtaining permanent residency in Canada. In fact, at this stage, the applicant submits an expression of interest online to the Migration Board. Then, applicants who are eligible for one of the economic migration programs enter a pool based on their age, degree, work experience and language skills, and are counted on the basis of the new Comprehensive Ranking System. If the applicant does not have a valid job offer from a Canadian company and none of the provinces has selected the applicant, the applicant must register with the Job Bank of Canada.
At this stage, entering information is very sensitive because the information entered is responsible and may not lead to the correct entry of information sometimes leading to the applicant not being able to immigrate to Canada for years.
Step 2: Invite the applicant to apply for permanent residency in Canada
The Government of Canada as well as the Government of the Canadian Provinces and Employers are able to select immigrants from the mentioned pool. High-scoring applicants, as well as applicants with a job offer or provincial selection, will be invited to apply for permanent residency in Canada through one of the following methods, and the applicant must submit their online application for residency within 60 days. Permanently register. From this date, the Immigration Department will respond to the request within 6 months.
However, if the applicant does not apply after 12 months, he must re-enter his information in the system or pool.
Evaluating a degree in Canada: Participate in one of the language tests accepted by IELTS, TEF, TCF, DELF, DALF.

What is Express Entry?
It has been in place since the beginning of 2015 (a method that is an immigration system, not an immigration program). Through this system, the desired immigrants are selected for the following immigration methods:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program
- Federal Skilled Trade Program
- Canadian Experience Class
- Provincial Nominee Program Part of
In this method, the applicant first expresses his / her interest in immigrating to Canada, and if he / she is eligible for at least one of the immigration methods mentioned above, he / she enters the applicants’ pool. The federal government, as well as the provinces or employers, are then allowed to choose their applicants from among the applicants in the pool, and the applicant will be invited to take action. This system violates the previous Canadian immigration method, in which everyone who applied earlier was given priority, and in this system, anyone who has more points will be given priority to apply for permanent residence. This system is similar to the Australian and New Zealand immigration systems.
Why this method is called fast entry?
The Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Office plans to follow up on all cases within six months of registration. This system is called a fast entry method. Of course, this is not 6 months from the date when the applicant has declared his / her interest, but it will be 6 months from the date when the applicant receives the invitation to apply and registers his / her application for permanent residence.
What is the profile for fast migration?
Interested applicants express their interest in immigrating to Canada by creating profiles and entering personal language information and skills and work experience and education. Entering the correct information in this section is very important and we recommend that you consult with experts to prevent any problems in the future.
What happens if the applicant information entered in the system is incorrect?
If this information is incorrect, it will be considered misrepresentation and will have different penalties depending on the circumstances. This applicant may be barred from re-entering the applicants’ pool for up to 5 years. Applicants who are unable to act properly should seek the help of formal advisors.
What is a Job Bank and what is its role in rapid migration?
Job Bank of Canada is a job search engine for job positions. This site helps connect and coordinate Canadian job seekers and employers. Applicants who do not have a job offer in the Quick Migration Method and have not been selected by any of the provinces must register with the Job Bank of Canada. If the applicant is currently working in Canada and has an (valid) LMIA, he or she will not need to reapply for a new LMIA. If the employer deems the applicant suitable for the job in question, then the interview process and administrative process will be done, and finally, if the employer and the job in question are eligible according to the law, the job will be offered to the applicant. Employers with a positive LMIA will then provide the job offer and other information to the applicant to enter in their profile.
What does Invitation to Apply (ITA) mean?
This invitation will be given to all people who have been selected to immigrate to Canada in the Quick Login or Express Entry System. This invitation will be given to the applicant by the Government of Canada or the Provinces or the Employer. This invitation will be offered if the applicant is among the top rankings in the fast entry system, or has been selected by a province, or has received a job offer letter from an employer.
Will the applicant with higher scores have a higher chance than the applicant with lower scores?
Yes. Applicants with higher scores will have a better chance of receiving an invitation.
Is Migration Quickly Electronic?
Yes.
Is there a specific job listing in this Express Entry method?
No. Anyone with any field of study and work will be able to take action. Of course, in order to apply all the required methods in the quick entry system, the applicant must be in the Canadian job coding system in one of the groups of group A- / B / 0. To find out if your job is in these groups, consult with SINIM consultants by joining the customer club.
Can the applicant use the provincial and quick entry methods at the same time?
Yes. There are two ways to do this.
- First apply for the provincial method and then get the confirmation of selection from the province and complete the quick entry profile.
- First complete the quick login profile. Provinces can then enter the fast entry system and ask the applicant to act through the province and update the quick entry system when the applicant receives the province’s approval. In either case, as soon as the applicant updates their fast login profile and it is determined that they have been selected in the provincial system, they will be given enough extra points to qualify for the next stage.
What role do Canadian employers play in this system?
In this system, Canadian employers have a more direct and effective role. Applicants also have the opportunity to show their abilities and skills to employers, and they can do so through the Job Bank of Canada. Employers can also select people who are interested in immigrating to Canada after the Government of Canada as well as the provinces select their applicants from the pool.
Do I have to have a job offer to apply this method?
Not necessarily.
If the applicant receives the invitation, how long will it take to register the immigration application?
After receiving the invitation, applicants will have 60 days to register their application online. Because this time is very short and it takes a long time to collect immigration documents, we recommend that applicants collect the documents in advance. If no action is taken within 60 days, the applicant must return to the pool and go through the process.
Is there a need to evaluate the documents?
No, if you have a high school diploma in Canada. Otherwise, if you intend to apply through the federal skilled labor force, the assessment must be done in advance. This assessment is not required for people who intend to apply through the province or Canadian experience or the Skilled Trades Program, but may increase the applicant’s score in the system.
Do applicants have to take the language test?
Yes. All applicants must take the test to determine their language level. For each immigration method, there is a specific score for language skills, and to obtain that score, the applicant must take the Rabban test. These tests include IELTS for English and TEF for French. When the applicant enters the pool, he can take a new test to increase his score and increase his score.
Will applicants know their score?
Yes, but they cannot see what they are in the pool compared to other applicants in general. Of course, they will know the minimum required points. Therefore, they can consider the desired score and increase their chances of being selected by obtaining that score.
How long will each applicant’s file remain in the fast login system?
A new application must be submitted 12 months later.
Should I stay in the same province if I receive an invitation from one province?
No. Applicants applying through a province must intend to stay in that province. However, under Canadian law, after entering Canada, they are free to live, work or study anywhere in Canada.
Is there a limit on the number of applicants?
No now. But there may be capacity for certain skills.
Can the chosen person bring his family with him?
Yes. The dependent spouse and children can be found in the original person’s file. All people will be medically and safely checked by the Government of Canada.
Can applicants apply for a reputable job offer in Canada and will this increase their chances?
Yes. Applicants must work actively in this field to increase their chances. If the Canadian government or the provinces do not select the applicant, the only way to apply is to get a valid job offer. In this regard, the experts of SINIM Migrants Institute are ready to provide services regarding the follow-up of cases.
Is quick entry the only way for an international workforce to live and work in Canada?
No. There are other ways.
Is it still possible to attach a work visa to a residence visa under the quick entry system?
Yes.
Is the Quebec immigration program related to fast entry?
No.

How does EE choose people for PR?
Once you submit a profile, your profile will be entered into a pool (group) of all the people who have currently applied for Express Entry.

If you are at the top of the rankings, your profile will be drawn (selected) from the list of applications. You will then get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence as a skilled immigrant.
IRCC has an up-to-date notice about the number of ITAs being issued, and minimum number of points you need to get an ITA.
